Alabama Wrap; A&M Preview
Razorpod Season 8, Episode 7 brings you the post-mortem from the Hogs' 38-14 shellacking at the hands of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Defense and Offense had their problems, but the special teams gaffes really hurt. After much hand-wringing, the crew puts the Bama game behind us and focuses on the upcoming Southwest Classic, now moved to a 11 am early kickoff. Split crew on the game, and the one picking the Hogs are not the usual suspects. The mailbag is heavy this week, and the crew has some sport with the "double-up to catchup" strategy.

Troy Wrap; Alabama Preview
Troy gave the Razorbacks a scare in RRS last Saturday night, as the Hogs lost some intensity in the second half and let the Trojans get within 10 points before adding a Joe Adams touchdown. Can the Hogs get that intensity back in Tuscaloosa this Saturday? Will they be able to step up to the big time now? Will Tyler Wilson be rattled against the top-flight Bama defense?
Special Guest Special K joins the crew for a "Very Special" episode of Razorpod.

A YUUUGE Georgia Win; Alabama's Comin' to Town and the Intangibles May Just be Leaning Our Way
Greg Childs' 40 yard touchdown leads the Hogs past Georgia last week in a stirring win for the Razorbacks on the road. In this week's show, Johnny Fayetteville's audio is finally fixed; Tom Logan is back in studio, and Jimmy G is solid as usual. Patrick Williams threatens to "go nil" on sleeper picks, which may actually happen this year. The rants section is alive and well if you can make it all the way to the end of the podcast. Oh, and by the way, #1 Alabama comes to town on Saturday for a YUUUUGE matchup. The crew channels Bob Davie all week on Razorpod.

Razorpod 11-09-2009: Down Goes Carolina; Be Very Worried About Troy
Three-man booth this week with Tom Logan out on assignment. Johnny Fayetteville, Jimmy G, and Patrick Williams discuss the Razorbacks' 33-16 win over South Carolina, along with a game of "Quien es mas Impatient? Petrino or Spurrier?" Petrino wins in a landslide this week, as Twitchy Spurrier made an appearance in Fayetteville and his impatience really hurt the 'Cocks. Up next: Troy (formerly Troy State) the Sun Belt leader and a program known for knocking off the big boys. The crew thinks we better be ready to play this week. Bowl possibilities abound, and we'll see where we land in the pecking order.
Patrick Williams still ahead in the picks contest, but the Hawkeyes hurt (literally). Rest of the national games are about as expected, and JimmyG provides an on-site report from Wholesome Lincoln, NE. Patrick picks the game formerly known as the Sweet Sioux Tomahawk matchup, and much more.

Texas Preview Show Posted-Reality check show.
This week's show is up here. The crew dissects the Alabama game much like the Alabama offense dissected Arkansas' defense-quickly, bloodily, and without remorse. Prospects for the next 3 games seem dim; Texas is good. Will we win one of the next three games?

The crew also looks ahead to the rest of the season to see where the wins might come. The results are not encouraging. Will Tyler Wilson start at any point? Will the D-line start to live up to their experience?
Oh, and Buford's tanked. If you doubt it, listen for the rant starting at about 11:00.
We pick an extra game this week to make up for the one Hurricane Ike caused us to lose. That's sure to work out well for everyone.
