The Razorbacks completed a Top-5 season with a 29-16 victory over Kansas State in the Cotton Bowl on January 6. The Razorpod crew presents their season wrap-up show with a Cotton Bowl report, recruiting news, and a unique look at Hog Hoops. Also on tap are Jimmy G's recap of the Bowl Pickem contest, in which Johnny posted the rare double win (regular season and bowl).

Cam Newton Bulldozes Jericho Nelson and the Hogs; Up Next is Our Old Friend HDN
Wow-what an insane game last week, but the Hogs come out on the short end of the highest-scoring regulation game in SEC history, a 65-43 defeat to the Auburn Tigers. In this week's show, the crew tries to put it behind them, but several things get in the way, namely Rogers Redding and the SEC refs. Rants abound this week-and they are spectacular. The picks contest is nearly a dead heat with three tied for first place and PW only 1 game back. By the way, don't look now, but guess who's coming to brunch in Reynolds Razorback Stadium this Saturday morning?

A YUUUGE Georgia Win; Alabama's Comin' to Town and the Intangibles May Just be Leaning Our Way
Greg Childs' 40 yard touchdown leads the Hogs past Georgia last week in a stirring win for the Razorbacks on the road. In this week's show, Johnny Fayetteville's audio is finally fixed; Tom Logan is back in studio, and Jimmy G is solid as usual. Patrick Williams threatens to "go nil" on sleeper picks, which may actually happen this year. The rants section is alive and well if you can make it all the way to the end of the podcast. Oh, and by the way, #1 Alabama comes to town on Saturday for a YUUUUGE matchup. The crew channels Bob Davie all week on Razorpod.

Razorpod 9-16-09: Georgia Preview
In this week's show, the Razorpod crew previews the Georgia game. Arkansas is a 2 point favorite, and the crew's picks reflect this as they split down the middle on the game. The crew gets a bit testy with Patrick Williams about the order of the picks, and JimmyG welcomes Tracy from Tulsa back to the fold. Johnny Fayetteville invokes the "explicit" tag at about the 1:00:00 mark, so beware.
Nods to JimmyG for the Houston sleeper pick last week, and for Johnny for the Rajun Cajuns over K-State. JimmyG also has a well-reasoned rant about Urban Meyer worth the listen. And: Guess where JimmyG ends up for his sleeper pick? Yep, you guessed it: The Palouse!

It's Houston Nutt Week here in Arkansas, and the Razorpod crew gives him a cold reception in the national picks with the obvious exception of long-time Nutt loyalist, Johnny Fayetteville.

Texas Preview Show Posted-Reality check show.
This week's show is up here. The crew dissects the Alabama game much like the Alabama offense dissected Arkansas' defense-quickly, bloodily, and without remorse. Prospects for the next 3 games seem dim; Texas is good. Will we win one of the next three games?

The crew also looks ahead to the rest of the season to see where the wins might come. The results are not encouraging. Will Tyler Wilson start at any point? Will the D-line start to live up to their experience?
Oh, and Buford's tanked. If you doubt it, listen for the rant starting at about 11:00.
We pick an extra game this week to make up for the one Hurricane Ike caused us to lose. That's sure to work out well for everyone.
